CZ Stone Disclaimer/Warranty:
Our jewelry is hand-crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail. All Sterling silver/plated/filled jewelry have CZs unless requested prior to ordering so we can check with our vendor. We want you to love your Ounce Of Artistry piece, and are committed to ensuring that every customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase.
Cz diamonds can fall out without proper care of your jewelry (just like ANY jewelry).
When Ordering, you are agreeing Ounce Of Artistry is not responsible for any CZs falling due to not following aftercare instructions I will double check CZs prior to shipping them to you to make sure they come set correctly and not loose.
We do buy all our jewelry from trusted vendors and this has not been a issue, however, we want to be open and honest with you from the start.
If you are worried about CZs falling out I recommend any setting without CZs.
If you have a CZs fall out of your keepsake within 30 days please message me with a picture. If it is within 30 days of delivery I will replace the CZs for you as a one time courtesy but you are responsible for shipping.
After 30 days, if a CZs falls out please take it to a local jeweler (its fairly inexpensive to have to have one replace) the CZs replaced as it is most likely due to not following aftercare properly vs. quality issues from our vendor.
Tarnish Disclaimer:
We offer a wide variety of carefully crafted pieces, made from high-quality materials like sterling silver. Sterling silver is a perfect choice because it’s durable, stylish, and most importantly, affordable. Even better, it doesn’t tarnish easily.
Our rose gold and gold plated jewelry is made with a thick layer of plating, but we do want to emphasize that it will tarnish over time. However, with proper care, our pieces will last for years to come and will always look their best

Shipping to Us
Once you place an order, you'll be sent an email with simple but detailed instructions. Please label all inclusions with your name and order number.
We ask that you send 10ML of breast milk for Breast Milk Keepsakes—it does NOT need to be kept cold. It is simple and easy to ship, just like any other package.
We ask for 2 tsp. of ashes for cremation keepsakes.
We process jewelry in the order that we receive the milk and/or other inclusions, NOT when your order was placed.
Shipping Times
We fill all orders in the order that we receive your inclusions. Keepsake jewelry can take up to 6-12 weeks from the time we receive your inclusions. It is very possible, and even very likely, that you will receive your jewelry long before this timeline! This just ensures that there will be enough time to process milk, dry any flowers, receive any custom pieces that we need to complete your order, hand-craft your piece(s), inspect your jewelry, than package and ship your order. While we work as hard as we can to complete your order and get it out on time, it’s possible that things could happen beyond our control, which may result in your order being delivered later than anticipated. This is very rare, but should be noted. If this happens, it’s usually that we are waiting for your custom jewelry from one of our custom manufacturers, and this will be communicated!

Shipping to You
Ring Sizes
Our rings cannot be resized. Resizing your ring could compromise the durability and resilience of the stone due to the most common process of resizing using heat. It is very important to get the most accurate US ring size. See a jeweler or jewelry counter to be sized. It is at your own risk if you choose to have a jeweler try to resize your ring.
Order Changes
We only accommodate order changes for free if requested within 24 hours of when you placed your order. If a change needs to be made after the 24 hour period there will be a $40 fee per piece of jewelry. We can not make any changes once your inclusion has been preserved.
Discount Codes
Discount codes must be applied at checkout. Discounts cannot be honored after an order has been placed.
Refund Policy
We have a $50 cancellation fee for all jewelry, PER PIECE. We cannot cancel or refund an order once your inclusions have been received. Orders are non-refundable after 90 days. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
